Refund Policy
For the custom printing options and other services we offer, you must inform us at Packaging Box within 3 business days of receiving your order if you find that the delivered item is inadequate or not in line with your specifications.
We cannot offer a discount or credit, but we will reprint your original order if we made a mistake or if the product appears defective. Determining the extent of the defect is at the discretion of our management team.
To receive a reprint of your original order, you must submit digital photographs documenting the item’s defect or return the product at your own cost. Otherwise, the full amount of the original order will be refunded within 7 business days of delivery.
Please note that charges associated with expedited processing orders are non-refundable.
